Application :

  •  Suitable for use as a suction and discharge hose in the chemical industry and in raw materials extraction.
  •  Resistant to hot water, detergents, non-oxidising acids and alkalis.

Standard/approval :

  •   EN 12115:2011, TRbF 131/2:1992.

Temperature range :

Tube, depending on discharge medium up to +95°C, hose, flexible down to -35°C, steam cleaning, without pressure, up to 130°C/max. 30min.

Safety factor : 4 : 1

Tube : EPDM, black, smooth, electrically conductive.

Reinforcement : Textile, 2 crossed copper wires, zinc plated steel wire helix.

Cover : EPDM, black, electrically conductive, abrasion resistant, weather resistant, cloth impression.

Notice :

  • ATTENTION: The temperature of the medium must be lower than its boiling point.
  • ATTENTION: Continuous use at the peak values reduces the service life.
  • ATTENTION: To ensure the assembly is leakproof, it must be tested according to EN 12115:2011.

Application :

Designed for suction and discharge use on a wide range of chemicals and acids on plant or road/rail tanker.

Working pressure : 10 bar (150psi), safety factor 4:1. Vacuum 0.93 bar.

lining : Black ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW).

reinforcement : High strength textile yarn, high tensile carbon steel helix and copper anti-static wires.

Cover : Blue EPDM chemical ozone and weather resistant.

temperature range : : -35°C to +100°C. For short periods UHMW can also resist steam up to 130°C,
but please note it has a melting temperature of 135°C.
